Amazfit Active Edge was officially launched in India on Friday, February 23. The company has disclosed details about this smart wearable, which will be available for purchase in the country later this month.
Boasting a round dial and four buttons, the smartwatch is available in three colour variations and is said to feature a rugged design. It comes with numerous pre-loaded gym, exercise, and workout training modes, offers over 100 watch faces and is claimed to provide a battery life of up to 16 days.

Amazfit Active Edge, offered in Lava Black, Mint Green, and Midnight Pulse colours, is priced at INR 12,999 in India. It will be up for sale via Amazon, the Amazfit India website, and retail outlets starting from February 27, according to Gadgets360.

Amazfit Active Edge is featuring a 1.32-inch LTPO LCD screen with a resolution of 360 x 360 pixels, the smartwatch comes with an anti-fingerprint coating on the touchscreen.
It runs on the ZeppOS 2.0 operating system. Powered by a 370mAh battery, the smartwatch is claimed to deliver up to 16 days of battery life under typical usage conditions. The global listing suggests that in battery-saver mode, it may extend usage up to 24 days.

It is equipped with continuous 24x7 heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen (SpO2), stress, steps, activity, and sleep trackers, the Amazfit Active Edge allows synchronization of data from these sensors with the Zepp App. It incorporates a PPG biometric sensor and supports GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and QZSS connectivity.
The smartwatch is Bluetooth 5.0 compatible and works with devices running Android 7.0, iOS 14.0, and above. Additionally, it offers 10ATM water resistance, supports more than 100 watch faces and sports modes, and includes the Zepp Coach mode for personalized training plans.
