Streaming giants like Amazon Prime and Netflix keep improving user experience very frequently, and since the perfection of such services is heavily dependent on how friendly they are to their users.
With continuous shifts in users' demands for value-adding features, even the best such platforms fail to keep intact the level of satisfaction.
Such is the case of Amazon Prime Video which has long been facing backlash for a longstanding issue of the inability to determine what contents are accessible with your subscription and what are not without tapping to play it.

This issue is going to be resolved in a new Amazon Prime Video update, which the company claims offers a more simplified and personalised interface, which makes it easier to find trending and most-watched shows and movies on the platform.
Being the best of the paid streaming platform has been the selling slogan for Amazon, but the combination of consistent augmentation in the content, in sync with the equally rising costs, has made the service more popular among those on the lookout for something gripping and new.
"Prime Video’s new interface also features a navigation bar with single-click access to titles; an improved way for customers to browse, sign up for and manage add-on subscriptions; and personalized content recommendations powered by generative AI," said Amazon in the release notes.
