In an era marked by non-stop advancements in the realm of technology, particularly within the high-end gadget space, an Apple TV is reportedly in the pipeline.

 In his latest "Power On" newsletter, prolific Apple reporter Mark Gurman claimed that the iPhone maker is developing a full-fledged Apple TV alongside a spate of smart home devices.

Gurman also predicted that a wall-mounted tablet might as well be brought alongside the reintroduction of an Apple TV,

The tech titan in the past also ventured out to design a TV, as it was about to build full-scale prototypes with massive displays reminiscent of a Mac or iPad, said Bloomberg's tech reporter.

After assessing the potential of the TV market, the company then retreated with the development and decided not to go to war in a business that occasionally attracts consumers to buy products due to high costs.

Some reports emerged back in 2019 suggesting that Apple was once again up to an Apple TV, but resorted to developing its app and streaming subscriptions to TVs manufactured by others.
