Did you notice that Apple Vision Pro was absent from the scene for so long as no feature additions or subtraction came to the spatial computer? Well, this moment marks the reemergence of Vision Pro in the spotlight.

As the gadget failed to gain much traction for its exorbitant price tag, $3,500, Apple seems sorted to make its spatial computer rise to popularity by offering a successor, but there's a hidden clause.

Being planned by Apple's Vision Products Group (VPG), which has been entrusted with the job, the cheaper Vision Pro might arrive without some key features.

According to Mac World, the Vision Pro successor is codenamed N107, regarding which Bloomberg's Mark Gurman made remarks in his latest power letter, underlying it among the Vision products in the production pipeline of VPG.

He added that Apple's Vision arm is also struggling to bring a diluted version of Vision Pro to life, considering the pace at which the development of other Vision products is going ahead.

Whatsoever, the Vision Pro ranks in a costly tier but its feature richness validates its jaw-dropping price tag, as it is backed by exceptional hardware components derived from cutting-edge tech.

As the tech giant is planning to cut down some key features on the expected Vision Pro successor, this will lead to nothing but the elimination of user experience, and might as well not see boosted sales for being cheaper than the original Vision Pro. Gurman dubbed this in-the-books move from Apple as “difficult trade-offs.”
