The Apple Watch Series 10 is just around the corner, and fans of the Ultra have reason to be excited. In addition to an enlarged, improved screen experience, there's also talk of a thinner case and a new chip, promising a more responsive experience.

Apple Watch Series 10 specifications

Reports suggest that the Series 10 could feature the same 49mm screen as the premium model. However, it doesn’t stop there; a slimmer case and a new chip, which "lay the groundwork for some AI enhancements down the road," are also in the works.

News of the screen size increase is supported by an earlier CAD report showing the watch with a two-inch screen. Besides this, there don’t seem to be any other major design changes, such as a magnetic watch strap.

Regarding sensors, it's believed that Apple is facing some difficulties, particularly without the banned blood oxygen sensor, which is affecting its operations.

Apple Watch SE

The company is also reportedly working on a competitor to the Samsung Watch FE, with its Watch SE. It's likely that this wearable will be priced around the $199 mark, similar to the FE. To keep costs down, the company might use a rigid plastic frame.

Additionally, Apple is working on the Watch Ultra 3. Though no major design changes are expected, it will feature the new chip powering the Series 10.
