Apple's new Beats Pill model teased with NBA player LeBron James

At a time when the biggest chunk of technology consumer base has gone eagle-eyed for the completed Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2024), Apple appears to be willing to divert their focus onto something else.

A freshly spotted teaser shared by Beats by Dre (@beatsbydre), a frequent tipster, on X (formerly Twitter) suggests that tech giant Apple is about to disclose the latest version of its Beats Pill speakers soon.

In light of the tipster's post on the microblogging platform, Apple is expected to lift the veil off the new iteration of the Beats Pill speakers on June 6, 2024.

While containing the Beats Pill speaker and featuring LeBron James, the post also contained "6/25" as part of its text. Of the entire social media leak, "6/25" is expected to be the release date of the device.

This is not the only sign of Apple's upcoming Beats Pill speakers coming to the limelight, first glimpse of its debut had surfaced in April this year when when NBA superstar LeBron James was captured in a photograph with Beats Pill speakers in his hands.

Other accounts of Beats Pill speakers being featured with public figures include that of F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo, soccer star Lionel Messi, and Kim Kardashian.

Apart from these instances, the upcoming model of Beats Pill speakers was also spotted in May this year in discreetly put stills of in the beta version of iOS 17.5, and many other regulatory databases. These early appearances are said to have provided aficionados with the best visuals of the speakers.

New Beats Pill speakers features (expected)

As the iPhone maker has not committed to officially say something on Beats Pill speakers' potential features and release schedule, they're expected to bear striking resemblance with the Beats Pill speaker by coming in a pill-shaped design. Meanwhile, considering the iOS 17.5 beta leak, the device is expected to be offered in the following colourways: gold, red, and black.

Other notable features of the device include upgraded Bluetooth 5.3, Find My integration, and USB-C charging for being the commonly infused features Apple has incorporated across its entire product lineups.
