Asus unveiled that it will release a new smartphone — Asus ROG Phone 9 — in November. The Asus gaming smartphone is claimed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, sporting an Oryan CPU and an upgraded Adreno GPU.
The announcement of ROG Phone 9 indicated that Asus has aimed to emphasise gaming capabilities after the ROG Phone 8, which tilted more toward mainstream users.

Asus has not only confirmed the launch date but also provided a sneak peek at the ROG Phone 9 specifications. The gaming smartphone is claimed to be launched with a unique design, along with boasting significant gaming updates.
It is said to rock with the iconic LED lighting, and the "artificial intelligence (AI) on, game on" tagline suggests even more AI tech to boost your gaming.

The ROG Phone 8 Pro displayed ASUS' take on AI in gaming, spotlighting useful features like text recognition. However, the company has not provided key specifications of the ROG Phone 9.
Meanwhile, according to a previous leak, the ROG Phone 9 could come with 24GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and 65W wired charging.

Asus confirmed the launch date of Asus ROG Phone 9 on November 19, during the Qualcomm Snapdragon Summit 2024.
