To ensure that there are options for individuals who prefer smaller smartphones, Asus has released a new addition to the Zenfone lineup: a compact phone. The Zenfone 10 makes little external modifications to the design that made its predecessor so successful, opting instead to stay up with the times with the usual annual upgrade of its chipset and a few minor internal tweaks.
The exterior hasn't altered much, but the interior has been updated in ways that might not be obvious at first glance. Although not a major improvement, the refresh rate has been raised from 120Hz to 144Hz, which is great news for gamers.
An updated Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU gives the Zenfone 10 a performance boost over its predecessor. The maximum Zenfone 10 configuration has increased from 256GB on the Zenfone 9 to 512GB, and it comes with twice as much RAM (16GB) and storage (512GB).
