The trivial watch has the capability to connect with your phone for the time and keeps track of steps.

It's understandable that the modern-day Casio watches can do more than the analogue watches of the past.

Surfaced a few years ago, the Casio Wear OS watch gained significant traction but could not garner long-term acclaim for its inherent flat tyre, which later turned out to be a revamp Casio had undertaken to infuse a wider set of fitness tracking features while retaining the flagship Casio build.

The WS-B1000 does not have an optical heart rate monitor, OLED display, fancy health sensors, contactless payments, or LTE connectivity.

However, this lack of fancy features that are common on high-end smartwatches is compensated by Bluetooth to connect with your phone, an accelerometer to track steps, a classic stopwatch and timer, alarms, move reminders, and an LCD screen complimented by a backlight button.
