Lawrence Sullivan, the person whose facial features resemble a character named Florida Joker featured as a criminal in the Grand Thief Auto (GTA) 6, has issued a final warning to Rockstar Games.

In a recent video clip making rounds on the popular short video platform TikTok, Sullivan announced preparations to sue the developer and demanded $5 million before his birthday which is January 11, 2023.

The recently released GTA 6 teaser portrayed a tattooed criminal being arrested who is being compared to Lawrence Sullivan’s viral 2017 mugshot.

Despite disagreements on the NPC's similarity to him, Sullivan persisted with legal demands, even dying his hair purple to mirror the character.

During the holiday weekend, Lawrence Sullivan issued a "final warning" on TikTok, demanding money from Rockstar Games. Sullivan asserted that his lawyers sent a letter to Rockstar and anticipated a response by his birthday on January 11.

He alleges harassment over his supposed GTA 6 parody and now seeks $5 million to avert the legal action threatened for the past month.

However, due to both — the mismatch between the facial tattoos of Sullivan and GTA 6’s Florida joker and Rockstar’s experience with legal matters — Sullivan is less likely to win any legal actions he might choose to take if the developer doesn’t respond to his “final warning” by January 11.

While Sullivan initially sought $2 million, he has now increased his demand to $5 million. He alleges that where he goes, he faces harassment due to his resemblance to the character featured in the GTA 6 trailer.
