Honor GT series is confirmed to launch in China on THIS date
Honor has corroborated the release of its latest GT series, set to compete with high-quality smartphones such as the Redmi K80 and iQOO Neo 10. The lineup will launch in China on December 16 at 7:30pm local time, boasting top-notch specs such as a 1.5K OLED flat screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 100W fast charging, and more.
Redmi Note 14 series launched in India
Xiaomi has officially launched the highly anticipated Redmi Note 14 series in India, including the Note 14, Note 14 Pro, and Note 14 Pro+. The flagship series offers several innovative features. The Pro model integrates 1.5K displays, MediaTek Dimensity processors, and massive batteries.
The Pro+ model features a massive 6,200mAh battery, a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, and a 50MP triple rear camera setup. The price range starts from INR 17,999 and goes up to INR 34,999.
Samsung Galaxy S25+ spotted on Geekbench
Samsung’s Galaxy S25+ Geekbench listing has indicated the imminent launch of the flagship series, with Exynos 2500 making a return alongside Snapdragon chips. The test showed a score suggesting Exynos is expected to outdo Snapdragon’s performance.
However, the decision remains uncertain, with several rumours expected before the official release of the flagship phone.
Realme Neo7 unveiled in China
Realme has launched the Neo7 in China, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, a massive 7,000mAh battery, and 80W charging capability. It also includes a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO OLED display.
The Realme Neo7 is priced at CNY 2,199 ($302) for the 12GB/256GB variant and offers a 16GB/1TB configuration as well. Pre-orders are now available, with shipping set to begin on December 16.
Realme Note 60x launched in the Philippines
Realme has launched the Note 60x in the Philippines, featuring a 6.74-inch 720p LCD display, a Unisoc T612 processor, 4GB RAM, and a 64GB storage configuration. The device includes a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support.
For optics, the Realme Note 60x features an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera, and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. It is available at an affordable price of $83.

Vivo has officially unveiled the Vivo X200 Pro and X200 series in India, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, with Zeiss-branded triple cameras and 16GB RAM. The Pro model boasts a 6,000mAh battery with 90W fast charging and a 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display.
The standard X200 features a 5,800mAh battery, 90W fast charging, and the same intuitive user interface. Pricing starts at INR 65,999, with sales set to begin on December 19. Vivo is offering up to nine months of no-cost EMI options and discounts of up to INR 9,500 for eligible bank customers.
iPhone 17 Air full-scale production likely to begin next year
Apple is reportedly replacing the iPhone 17 Plus with the iPhone 17 Air, featuring an ultra-thin design and a single rear camera. Currently in the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, Apple is collaborating with suppliers to evaluate the design and determine cost-effective manufacturing methods.
Following the NPI phase, a small-scale test production will ensure manufacturing processes meet desired standards before mass production begins.
Itel S25 series launched in Pakistan
Itel has officially unveiled the Itel S25 Ultra and S25 in Pakistan, targeting the mid-range smartphone market. The S25 Ultra features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, UNISOC T620 chipset, 16GB RAM (8GB physical + 8GB virtual), 256GB storage, and a 50MP triple-camera system.
The S25 Ultra is priced at Rs44,999, while the base model S25, featuring a 5,000mAh battery with 18W PowerCharge and 12GB RAM (6GB physical + 6GB virtual), is priced at Rs29,999. Both models are now available at leading retail stores across Pakistan.
