Samsung is set to unveil the highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series on January 22 at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event, marking the end of a long-awaited period of speculation and anticipation. 

The Galaxy S25 series comprises the standard S25 model, the Galaxy S25 Plus, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. 

Samsung is poised to take its artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to the next level with this series, building on the initial AI features introduced in last year's Galaxy S24 lineup. 

Galaxy Unpacked 2025 live streaming

The Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event will be held in San Jose, California. The company plans to livestream the event starting at 1pm ET (6 pm GMT) which will be available on Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel. 

Galaxy S25 series features (expected)

One of the most anticipated upgrades on the Galaxy S25 series is a revamped Bixby personal assistant, which is rumoured to boast enhanced contextual awareness, making it even more responsive to user needs. 

The Galaxy S25 series will likely feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and run One UI 7, its updated software interface based on Android 15.

Samsung has asked interested customers to reserve a spot to preorder their preferred Galaxy S25 model now and be among the first to experience their latest innovation. 

Moreover, the tech giant might also give a sneak peek into the Galaxy Ring 2 at the event.
