Samsung's, Galaxy Z Flip 6 is the most awaited smartphone to be launched soon this summer. This series has proved to be a game changer in the smartphone world, offering a unique foldable design.

After the release of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 last year, it came with several improvements including its display screen, camera and design, apart from its battery life. According to rumours surfacing, the Z Flip 5 will be launched with a new iteration and design.

The Galaxy Z Flip is expected to have a more angular design with sharper edges and a slightly wider cover screen than its predecessor, with an unfolded thickness of 5.6mm and a folded thickness of 12.1mm that would differentiate the smartphone's design from all foldable devices like Pixel Fold and OnePlus Open.

Moreover, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to have a 7.6-inch internal display and a 6.3-inch cover display. Both screens are rumoured to have increased resolution, though exact details are unknown. The phone is also expected to be lighter than its predecessor, weighing 239 grams.

Additionally, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will feature the same Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip that the Galaxy S24 line was introduced with. A recent leak suggests that the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6 may feature Corning Gorilla Armor, the same durable glass protection found on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which offers better scratch and glare resistance.
