Perhaps in line with what they say about the sinister aspect of artificial intelligence taking over the world and man-made art and craft, app development to cater for artistry seems to have vanished from the planet.
However, Google has come up with three new features for its Art & Culture app, blending controversial AI art and commemoration of some of the most prominent names and cultural phenomena in the world of art.
The tech giant might have come up with three new features to fulfil this particular need of those onlooking developers' way to be braced with something to ace in their desired artistic domain.
Google Art & Culture app new features on latest update
The chief property of the latest Art & Culture app is its visual appeal, already wreathed in the dark theme it got back in April to beckon viewers, one of the three brand-new features will familiarise users with classic forms of famous paintings, an attempt to transmit art history to Gen Z.
Art Transfer 2 in Google Art & Culture app
Another notable addition is Art Transfer 2, which Google says will invite users to “explore your artistic side while gaining a deeper understanding of art history — all through your own photos.”
Users here will also be able to upload their own photos to apply styling onto them in “iconic art-inspired” ways with the integrated Gemini, and then Gemini will give insights after analysing the nitty-gritty of the art they would create.
Culture Weekly on new Google Art & Culture app update
Regarding round-ups of the deluge of your weekly mess of art, Culture Week has also been integrated to let the user choose a “cultural topic” of their choice once per week.
The developer says that this feature will serve as a go-to source for “curated fun facts about topics that interest you,” wherein users can select one from visual arts, fashion, history, and more.
