Google Store is planning to enhance its existing post-purchase support options for Pixel. Earlier, there was a ‘?’ button along with search, shopping, and the profile menu.
It’s still shown on Google Store internationally and opens support.google.com/store, which is just for buying, payments, and delivery help.
Currently, ‘Support’ displays along with the product categories (phones, earbuds, tablets, watches and trackers, smart home, accessories) and offers. On mobile, it’s accompanied by a ‘G’ logo.
It takes users to “Google Hardware Support. We’re here to help.” First up are quick links to Start a repair, Manage orders, and Shopping support. Google then groups these devices in the following order:
- Pixel phone
- Pixel Buds
- Pixel Tablet
- Pixel Watch
- Fitbit
Smart Home allows you to filter by product — Home App, Nest Thermostat, Nest Speaker & Displays, Nest Cameras & Doorbells, Nest WiFi, Door Lock, Smoke & CO Alarm, and Streaming (Chromecast).

This takes you to pages that connect to common issues and their existing Google Support articles. Tapping opens the resources in a floating window.
The search engine giant, Google, then connects to other “support resources,” like Trade-in Information, Guidebooks, Pixel Simulator, Device financing, Nest compatibility checker, Preferred Care, Pixel setup help, Device info on YouTube, and In-person appointments.
The last part of this elevated support experience is the capability to access call or chat support for Shopping & orders, Pixel phone, Pixel Watch, Smart Home, Pixel Tablet, Pixel Buds, and Fitbit through Google Store.
