Google likely to add keyboard case on Pixel Tablet 2

Google is working on the Pixel Tablet 2, a successor to the original Pixel Tablet, which was launched in June 2023. However, recent rumours suggest that the device will likely be released with a keyboard case.

Currently, the original Pixel Tablet users opt for third-party keyboards as the tech giant doesn’t offer one.

Android Authority reported that Google’s upcoming Pixel Tablet 2 will have a similar design to its predecessor; however, it might come with smaller bezels.

The rumoured keyboard case on Pixel Tablet 2 is expected to elevate the device from a media consumption tool to a versatile productivity powerhouse, making it a perfect option for handling school assignments, work tasks, and creative projects.

Pixel Tablet 2 specs (expected)

The Pixel Tablet 2 is expected to sport upgraded cameras. The original Pixel Tablet featured 8MP front and back cameras.

The Pixel Tablet 2 is anticipated to boast an updated Tensor chip, most likely the Tensor G4, a noteworthy upgrade to the original Pixel Tablet that uses the Tensor G2.

Moreover, the Pixel Tablet 2 could ship with Android 15 and will get seven years of updates and support for display output.
