Google Maps for Wear OS received a redesigned Tile and two new complications. The Google Maps Tile allows you to “Search and Go.” Earlier, there were two pill-shaped buttons for Home and Work.

The shortcuts are still available but are reportedly being displayed in blue circles with just icons — house and briefcase — instead of adding the address, which was considered unnecessary.

The microphone in the row quickly launches a voice search to specify a location. Google Maps Tile get a “Map” shortcut, which has been rolled out to select users since April for the inspection phase. It holds more abilities while looking less dense.
