WhatsApp recently rolled out an overwhelming feature that informs users regarding the chat consuming maximum storage. Usually, users are unaware of their storage and even the hidden hacks of WhatsApp but there is nothing to worry about as you are at the perfect spot to find a solution.

Gadinsider has got you covered and here’s a step-by-step guide for you to figure out who you have sent the maximum messages to and which one has consumed enough storage to delete them and get some space.

  1. Firstly, launch WhatsApp and tap over the three-dotted menu.
  2. Now, go to the “Settings,” and click on “Storage and Data.”
  3. Afterwards, tap on “Manage Storage,” and delete the unwanted items, docs, and more to get maximum storage.

Recently, Meta revealed a few plans to introduce a feature to support third-party video and voice calls in 2027 while ensuring the privacy and security of users as their paramount concern.

Reports suggested that Meta-owned WhatsApp will also notify users to modify the app’s settings once the feature is already introduced.
