It's worth noting that this feature is currently only available on One UI 7 and later.

- Swipe to the left and tap Add.
- Note: Users can also tap Edit on your smartphone to complete the process
- Now click Create Workout Routine and give it a name.
- Select to add a warm-up or cool-down.
- Click Add Exercises and choose the category you'd like to find your exercise in.
- Add as many exercises as you need, and configure launch settings for everyone.

Users can also set a power-saving mode for the watch, select specific targets, and incorporate rest intervals between exercises. This new feature greatly enhances the Galaxy Watch's health suite and makes it more customizable for users.
