Apple recently launched iOS 18 for the public on September 16 with an ample amount of significant features for users but the latest report from 9to5 Mac disclosed that a few of these latest hidden features, all of which enhance how users will utilise some of the best apps on iPhone such as Apple Wallet and FaceTime.

Here are three hidden features that will be enhance your user experience.

Security upgrade in Apple Wallet

Reports suggested that the Cupertino-based tech giant has modified the Wallet app- to prevent fraudulent activities. Whenever users are required to add the latest ID to the Wallet, then the phone will ask them to take a Live Photo and verify the user in any other way, which is certainly a significant upgrade to ensure security.

Over Media Source

Apple has upgraded Siri sounds in vehicles, especially if any car doesn't include a CarPlay. After connecting Bluetooth with a vehicle while using iOS 18, a new option known as Over Media Source will eventually appear to enhance the audio output. 

FaceTime

Users would also be able to use FaceTime to use more data in stable internet connectivity to enhance video call quality, even while running in low data mode.

These are the hidden features of iOS 18, but these are not enough, as users will have a blast soon coming to iPhones soon that can run the upgrade such as a plethora of compelling customisation options for the home screen and Control Center, and other enhancements to Siri and Photos App but the biggest upgrade will be Apple Intelligence, coming to particular devices next month.
