After the release of Honkai: Star Rail’s version 2.7, Honkai have disclosed exciting news that the players will have a chance to get a free five-star character, including new additional content added to the game.
Before exploring the latest update, the players have yet time to explore some of the features of version 2.6, the biggest being Rappa’s debut from Honkai: Star Rail, which also introduced a new character into the game, namely ‘Erudition’ with the quirks of ninja.
Honkai: Star Rail’s version 2.7 update
While characters like Acheron, Aventurine, and Imibibitor Lunae have returned to the banners of the game. There is also an addition of new light cones like Ninjutsu Inscription: Dazzling Evilbreaker, Ninja Record: Sound Hunt, and Dream's Montage.
This update also provided new simulated universes, maps, and more events for the players to enjoy.
However, Honkai’s version 2.7 will be released on December 3, 2024. It brings many features, like the Express Gift event, in which the players are provided with an opportunity to receive a character selector.
Players will have the option to choose between five-star characters such as Bailu, Bronya, Clara, Gepard, Himeko, Welt, and Yanqing.
Now here is the catch: the players will have to log into the game before version 3.0 drops out for the players to claim the chosen character permanently.
Even though previously the rumours about the game providing four-star characters in version 2.7 turned out to be fake in the Express Gift event. While this event might not have benefitted the old players, it can be a great pushover for the new players to start their gaming journey.
HoYoverse is featuring new Light Cones, A Grounded Ascent (Sunday), and Long Road Leads Home (Fugue), five new events in addition to the Express Gift, a new map (Astral Express Party Car), an update for Divergent Universe: The Human Comedy, and much more.
