Honor launched its latest offering on Thursday, the Honor Choice Earbuds X5, a pair of truly wireless stereo (TWS) earphones. These earphones were introduced alongside the Honor X9b smartphone and the Honor Choice Watch during a live-streamed launch event on YouTube.
The Earbuds X5 adopts the in-ear form factor and is equipped with active noise cancellation (ANC). Featuring 10mm drum drivers and an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, Honor claims that these wireless earphones offer up to 35 hours of battery life with the charging case.

The Honor Choice Earbuds come in an in-ear form factor and offer up to 30dB of active noise cancellation. The ANC includes an Ambient Sound Transmission mode, amplifying ambient sounds for user awareness. Additionally, these earphones support hands-free call answering and include dual microphones with environmental noise cancellation (ENC). They also feature a latency game Mode aimed at reducing audio-video lag during gaming.
The Earbuds X5 boasts 10mm drum drivers supporting SBC and AAC Bluetooth codecs. Honor claims a battery life of up to 35 hours with the charging case, including nine hours of continuous playback and 18 hours of calling. Each bud packs a 45mAh battery, while the charging case houses a 460mAh battery and charges via USB Type-C, taking up to two hours for a full charge.

These wireless earphones feature touch controls for toggling between ANC modes, answering calls, and controlling music playback. For connectivity, the Honor earphones support Bluetooth 5.3, and the earphones can also connect to smartphones via the Honor AI space app. Rated IP54 for dust and water resistance, each earbud weighs 4.26g, with a total weight of 50g including the case.

Honor Choice Earbuds X5 is priced at INR 1,999, The earphones will be available for sale at midnight on February 16 exclusively via Amazon, mainline retail stores, and the Explore Honor website. The Earbuds X5 will come in a single white colour option, according to Gadgets360.
