Honor is reportedly preparing to launch the Honor GT variant, following the release of the new GT smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The company is expected to unveil the dynamic GT Pro handset next year, combining innovative features to deliver a smooth and immersive user experience.
Taking to Weibo, a credible analyst, Digital Chat Station, revealed that Honor would release the latest GT Pro model next year with significant upgrades over its base variant. Notably, the standard Honor GT is powered by a flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, delivering exceptional and robust gaming performance.
However, the company is likely to release the GT Pro with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Users can expect a significant performance upgrade with the latest handset, offering faster speeds and improved power efficiency.
The tipster further noted that the Honor GT Pro is likely to feature a 1.5K substrate flat-screen, which helps protect the phone from damage. It offers an immersive viewing experience without the content being displayed on the borders, providing enhanced grip for better handling.
Other rumoured upgrades in the handset remain undisclosed but are expected to be revealed closer to the launch.
