Honor, a Chinese tech company, is set to unveil its first clamshell foldable smartphone: Honor Magic V Flip in the Chinese market. The handset will be released on June 13 and the event will be held in China at 7:30pm local time (05:00 pm IST).
Moreover, the company has begun accepting pre-reservations for the smartphone through its official online store in China. In addition, Honor Magic V Flip has reportedly been displayed on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) website.
The company hinted at the design and specifications of the foldable through Weibo and a particular landing page on its website. It is visible with a larger cover display and circular camera module. The display is wrapped around the camera module.

The smartphone is claimed to be available in three colour options: Camellia White, Champagne Pink, and Iris Black. The firm has put up a pre-booking page on its Chinese website for the Honor Magic V Flip.
The details confirmed that it would be offered in three RAM and storage options — 12GB RAM with 256GB storage space, 12GB RAM with 512GB storage space, and 12GB RAM with 1TB storage space.
It will be offered on sale through JD.com, Tmall and Honor Mall. The details related to its global launch are still under wraps.
The Honor mobile with the model number LRA-AN00 displayed on the 3C website is assumed to be the Honor Magic V Flip. The 3C listing purportedly shows that the smartphone comes with HN-110600C00/HW-110600C02 charger, supporting up to 66W charging.
The Honor Magic V Flip is assumed to sport a 4,500mAh dual-cell battery and dual rear cameras. It could be launched as the slimmest and lightest flip-style foldable smartphone.
