Step-by-step guide

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to convert Word docs to PowerPoint with Microsoft's Copilot AI tool:

  1. Start by opening the Word document you want to convert to PowerPoint.
  2. Click on the 'Home' tab in the top navigation bar.
  3. Look for the 'Copilot' button in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Click on the 'Copilot' button to enable it.
  5.  Select the content in your Word document that you want to convert to PowerPoint.

  6. You can select entire sections, paragraphs, or even individual sentences.
  7. Once you've selected the content, click on the 'Copilot' button again.

  8. Type 'Convert to PowerPoint' in the Copilot chat window.
  9. Press 'Enter' to execute the command.
  10. Copilot will then ask you to choose a PowerPoint template.
  11. Browse through the available templates and select the one that best suits your needs.
  12. Copilot will convert your selected Word content into a PowerPoint presentation.
