If you need to end a call on your iPhone without seeming rude, this handy little tip and trick is for you to improve using experience.

Gadinsider has got you a way to end a call without looking rude as whenever you end a call on ‌your iPhone‌, the person on the other end views a message on their phone saying "Call Ended." This suggests that you ended the call on purpose because if the call had dropped due to poor cellular coverage, the message that the person would read would have been "Call Failed," which sounds a lot less intentional.

What if you need to hang up a call without it looking like you suddenly ended? You can do this on iPhone enabling Airplane mode. When Airplane mode is turned on during a call, the call quickly ends and the person on the other end sees “Call Failed.”

The easiest way to turn on Airplane mode is through the Control Centre. Swipe down diagonally from the top-right corner of the screen. Then, tap the button that appears like an airplane so that it turns orange and the green cellular button next to it greys out.

Moreover, the cellular provider’s name in the top-left corner would also be changed by a plane symbol.

This should quickly hang up the call, and all that the person on the other end will see is that the call "failed."
