Huawei has confirmed that it will launch its new tablet, the MatePad Pro 11 (2024), on November 30, 2023. The company has also teased some of the features of the device, including satellite connectivity, a high refresh rate display, and stylus support. Huawei MatePad Pro 11: Satellite connectivity
One of the most intriguing features of the MatePad Pro 11 (2024) is its ability to connect to satellites. Huawei has posted a teaser video on its official Weibo account, showing a tablet with a satellite dish icon on the screen. The video also suggests that the tablet will have a global positioning system (GPS) and a compass.
Huawei has not revealed any details about how the satellite connectivity will work, but it could be a game-changer for users who need internet access in remote areas or during emergencies. Huawei could also use its own satellite network, which it has been developing since 2019.
Huawei MatePad Pro 11: High refresh rate display
Another feature that Huawei has teased for the MatePad Pro 11 (2024) is its high refresh rate display. The company has shared a poster on Weibo, showing a tablet with a 120Hz refresh rate. This means that the screen will update 120 times per second, resulting in smoother animations and transitions.
A high refresh rate display can also enhance the gaming and video-watching experience on the tablet. The poster also reveals that the MatePad Pro 11 (2024) will have a 10.8-inch screen with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels.
