Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro has been officially unveiled in India, following its global release at an event in Barcelona in September. The device features a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen, an IP69K rating for dust and water resistance, and a claimed battery life of up to 14 days, alongside several other significant features.
This launch expands Huawei’s premium wearable lineup in India, joining the Huawei Watch GT 5, which is available in 46mm and 41mm sizes.
Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro specs
The Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro offers a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466 x 466 pixel resolution, protected by a sapphire glass coating for enhanced durability and a premium finish.
It's global variant is available in 42mm and 46mm sizes, but in India, the 46mm variant is the only option. The smartwatch is powered by more than 100 preset sports modes, making it suitable for a diverse range of fitness enthusiasts.
Additionally, Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro comes with advanced health monitoring features such as a heart rate tracker, sleep tracker, and menstrual cycle tracker, among others.
The device is equipped with a wide array of sensors, including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, depth sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and temperature sensor.
In terms of battery capabilities, Huawei claims the Watch GT 5 Pro offers an improved battery life of up to 14 days under typical usage. With the Always-On Display (AOD) feature enabled, the battery can last up to five days on a single charge.
For connectivity, it include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, and BR+BLE. The watch also features the latest Sunflower Positioning System, which enhances its tracking capabilities to deliver precise results.
Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro pricing and availability
The Huawei Watch GT 5 Pro is available in two editions in India. The Sports Edition, featuring a black silicone strap, is priced at INR 29,999. The Classic Edition, which comes with a premium titanium strap, is priced at INR 39,999.
Both editions are available for purchase through Flipkart and Amazon, making them easily accessible to Indian consumers.
