The iCloud Private Relay outage issue was resolved on July 28, but problems with XCode Cloud remained, According to Apple's status page.

Multiple users had to disable iCloud Private Relay when the service became slow and stopped working, with Safari unable to show websites.

What is iCloud Private Relay?

iCloud Private Relay is an Apple's privacy feature which sends all website requests through two separate, secured internet relays. This results that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) not being able to view which sites you are seeing.

Utilising two separate relays, one Apple-owned and one third-party, indicating Apple's visibility into your browsing history.

iCloud Private Relay outage resolved

The outage prevailed for a very long time, with Apple’s status page not displaying it resolved until the early hours of July 28 morning.
