Infinix is anticipated to release its new smartphone with a 6 mm-thick body based on the Hot 50 5G design.
A new leak surfaced on Monday and spotted light on the smartphone. According to Passionategeekz, the phone is codenamed “Infinix Hot 50 Pro Plus” and measures 6.8 mm and it is said to be restricted to LTE connectivity.
The tipster claimed the Infinix phone was under 6 mm was misleading. The Hot 50 Pro Plus and its 6.8 mm profile are still impressive, it’s not viewed as a thinner bar phone on the market for nearly half a decade.
Infinix Hot 50 Pro Plus specifications
The Hot 50 Pro Plus is said to have an AMOLED screen with up to 120 Hz refresh rate, an under-display fingerprint scanner, and Gorilla Glass protection. It would have 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, and it appears like Infinix certified the phone for "5-year Performance TUV Fluency."
The device sports the latest powerful MediaTek Helio G100 processor. The rumoured Infinix Hot 50 Pro Plus version runs on the Android 14 XOS 14.5 operating system.

The handset houses a 5,000 mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging. The smartphone is claimed to sport a triple camera setup, having 50MP and a wide aperture range, which is said to give high-quality images with excellent detail even in low light. The 8MP selfie camera offers clear selfies and lets you create high-resolution video calls.
