The recently launched iPhone 16 was unveiled with a plethora of striking features, however; it lacked Apple Intelligence; that set is likely to change on October 28 (Monday) along with the rumoured launch of iOS 18.1 in Apple October event 2024, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman Sunday’s Power On newsletter.

The significant update is expected to bring its artificial intelligence (AI)-centric notification summaries.

Gurman further suggested the iOS 18.1 beta also includes a few Siri enhancements, with amazing writing tools and the latest rainbow-coloured glowing edge graphic whenever you are involved in a conversation with Siri on your device.

Moreover, it is important to note that your device must be set in United States (US) English, as the Cupertino-based tech giant restricted that your region must be set to US.

Other English variants including Australia, United Kingdom (UK), New Zealand, and more are likely to be rolled out in December along with a few more features such as ChatGPT incorporation, and ways to customise emojis dubbed as Genmojis by Apple.
