Here is how to see all mail on iPhone and recategorize it in iOS 18.2 beta
View all mail
- Firstly, launch the Apple Mail app.
- Now, you will see the new categories with Primary at the top.
- Afterwards, just swipe from right to left to check out all your emails easily.
Turn off smart categories
- If you want to use the classic view, then turn off the smart category view.
- Select the “... button” in the upper right corner of the app> List View.
- Users also have an option to toggle off Show Priority, if they don’t prefer to let Apple Intelligence surface.
Recategorise mail in the new Mail app
Follow these steps to recategorise mail in the new Mail app.
- Click on the … button in the upper right corner of the email and select Categorisation.
- Now select your preferred category manually.
- If in case, the “... button” doesn’t come to your email, then click the “reply button” and scroll down to browse Categorisation.
While manually recategorising mail in the new Mail app on iPhone in iOS 18.2, it is important to note that all future emails from the sender will be automatically sent to the new category that you have selected.
