iQoo Z9 5G is all set to launch in India on March 12. The Vivo sub-brand has revealed some key specifications of the device just ahead of official revealing. The handset is teased to feature an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, along with dual stereo speakers and a 5,000mAh battery. Running on the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, the iQoo Z9 5G is expected to succeed last year's iQoo Z7 5G.
Both Amazon and iQoo India have created dedicated microsites to hint at the arrival of the iQoo Z9 5G. The listings confirm an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, boasting 1800 nits peak brightness and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. Additionally, the handset is teased to feature dual stereo speakers and is showcased in the Brushed Green colour variant.
The iQoo Z9 5G is confirmed to feature a dual rear camera setup including a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 camera with optical image stabilization, along with a 5,000mAh battery. The device measures 7.83mm in thickness.
The iQoo Z9 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC and is claimed to be the first phone in its segment to feature this chipset. It is reported to have scored 7,34,000 points on the AnTuTu 10 benchmark, according to Gadgets360.

The iQoo Z9 5G will launch in India on March 12. It is expected to be the successor to last year's iQoo Z7 5G. The iQoo Z7 5G, launched in March last year with a price of INR 18,999 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, featured a 6.38-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and boasts a 64-megapixel dual rear camera setup, alongside a 16-megapixel front camera. Under the hood, it houses a 5,000mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support.
