Itel launched the Itel P55T in India on February 28. The device runs on the Unisoc T606 SoC and boasts 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Similar to recent releases from Itel, the Itel P55T features an iPhone-esque Dynamic Bar feature on its display.

Itel P55T runs on Android 14 (Go Edition) and features a 6.56-inch HD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate, boasting a 90% screen-to-body ratio and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone supports dual-SIM (Nano). The display includes a hole-punch cutout to house the selfie camera and supports the Dynamic Bar feature for quick access to notifications. Powered by an octa-core Unisoc T606 SoC and 4GB of RAM, the device also utilises Memory Fusion technology to virtually expand RAM up to 8GB.
Storage-wise, the Itel P55T offers 128GB of internal storage and features face unlock and a fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G, OTG, and a USB Type-C port. The device also comes with sensors such as e-compass, g-sensor, and gyroscope.

Powering the Itel P55T is a hefty 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging, promising up to 45 days of standby time and up to 155 hours of music playback time on a single charge.

The Itel P55T is equipped with an AI-enhanced 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup along with a rear flash. On the front, there's an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls, accompanied by a front flash.

According to Gadgets360, the Itel P55T is priced at INR 8,199 for the variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It is available in Astral Black and Astral Gold colour options and can be purchased from Flipkart.
