Mercury Weather 2.5 upgrades
With the latest Mercury Weather 2.5 version, users would be able to choose between Foreca, Apple Weather and OpenWeather as the data provider. However, in the previous version, the choice was specified to only two options, except Foreca.
The news came under development when its developers said, “We added a new weather data provider. Welcome Foreca! Foreca is consistently one of the best-performing weather data providers in the world, and now they’re an option in Mercury. They’re the default dynamic option for most locations worldwide.”

Another latest feature is its capability to see the precipitation amount, ultraviolet (UV), wind and gust right in the hourly chart. Additionally, if they want to get a brief description about it, then they have to hold it for a while to get more details. Users can also see these additional details in the latest Mercury Weather widget.
Moreover, it provides better warnings, and complete tweaks all over the app. These weather warnings are usually prioritised by severity, and expired warnings are de-prioritised right away the weather warning list now also exhibits the relative dates with the warnings.
Mercury Weather is available on the App Store, including a few features such as adding several locations with a subscription that initiates at $2.99 per month, with the entire lifespan licences available for the entire family.
