Lava released its new smartphone, Lava Blaze Duo 5G, on December 13 in India. The company boasted advanced features compared to the Agni 3. The handset is powered by a 6nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7025 processor paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 5,000mAh battery, and more.

The Lava Blaze Duo 5G version runs on Android 14, and it is claimed to get an update to Android 15 in the near future.
The handset features a 6.67-inch Full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) 3D curved AMOLED screen that refreshes at 120Hz and has a 394ppi pixel density, along with a 1.58-inch (228x460 pixels) AMOLED screen.
It houses 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage on the Blaze Duo 5G, which cannot be expanded using a memory card.
The Lava Blaze Duo 5G boasts a dual camera setup, having a 64MP primary rear camera with an unspecified Sony sensor, along with a 2MP secondary camera with a 16MP selfie camera.
The Lava Blaze Duo 5 G's connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. In addition, it also sports an accelerometer, proximity sensor, gyroscope, e-compass, and ambient light sensor.
The Lava Blaze Duo 5G is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 33W charging support. The handset is equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication, and it has an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

The price of the Lava Blaze Duo 5G in India begins at INR 18,999 for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. An 8GB RAM variant costs INR 20,499. The Blaze Duo 5G is offered in two colour options: Arctic White and Celestial Blue.
Users can purchase the Lava Blaze Duo 5G in India starting on December 20, and it will be sold via Amazon at lower prices: INR 16,999 for the 6GB+128GB model, and INR 17,999 for the 8+128GB variant.
Additionally, Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) Bank debit and credit cardholders can get an INR 2,000 instant discount between December 20 and December 22 on the purchase of the Lava Blaze Duo 5G.
