As has been leaked about various other Apple products and services, Mark Gurman in his most recent Power On newsletter claimed that today's Glowtime Apple event is likely to miss out the disclosure of the much-awaited Apple Watch Ultra 3.
The probability of an upgraded Apple Watch Ultra model he stated could be replaced by the introduction of a new colour option on the Apple Watch Ultra 2.
Gurman claims that Apple has seemingly refrained from releasing the latest and improved model of its Apple Watch Ultra, its flagship smartwatch which leads the its entire wearable portfolio.

“I don’t expect Apple to announce an Apple Watch Ultra 3 tomorrow. Instead, I expect the Ultra 2 sticks around and — finally — gains a black color option. I also wouldn’t rule out a delay to the new Watch SE," said Bloomberg reported on X (formerly Twitter).
Since the Apple reporter a week ago had predicted something otherwise, the recent report indicates that his sources within the iPhone company are not as reliable as they used to be about announcements to be made at Apple events in the past.
“For the first time in two years, the company is preparing to update all of its Apple Watch models at once. There will be a new low-end Apple Watch SE, a mid-level Series 10 model and an Ultra 3,” he reported last week.
