The typical person often doesn't pay much attention to what mouse they use, as long as it gets the job done. Even casual gamers might make do with a regular mouse. However, for serious gamers, this device is essential.
A good mouse provides comfort and reliability, is lightweight, offers precision control, has minimal latency, and operates wirelessly without any issues.
Logitech G309 Lightspeed specifications
To address this need, Logitech has developed the new G309 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse. This premium mouse features six programmable buttons and wheels, dual-wireless connectivity, a 25K tracking sensor, and a newly designed ergonomic shape.
The mouse is equipped with Logitech’s flagship technology, including the 25K HERO sensor, and is compatible with the company’s PowerPlay technology and Lightspeed wireless connectivity.

The G309 Lightspeed can be used with or without an AA battery. With Logitech G’s optional PowerPlay wireless charging system, the 18g AA battery can be removed, making the G309 even lighter and more agile.
This new gaming mouse has a power-efficient HERO 25K DPI sensor. A single AA battery can power the G309 for over 300 hours with a 1ms report rate. Switching the connectivity mode from Lightspeed to regular Bluetooth doubles the G309’s battery life to more than 600 hours.
Despite all this innovation, the Logitech G309 Lightspeed isn’t particularly heavy or bulky. Weighing in at just 86g with a battery installed, the G309’s weight can be reduced to just 68g when using PowerPlay and removing the battery.
