- Must be a Pakistani citizen.
- Business owners and self-employed applicants should be between 20 and 65 years of age at maturity. Salaried individuals must be between 21 and 60 years of age at the time of maturity.
- Salaried applicants should have a minimum monthly income of Rs40,000, while on the other hand, self-employed and business applicants are required to have a minimum income of Rs75,000.
