Mercedes-AMG to launch its first full-size electric SUV

Mercedes-AMG is ready to redefine the luxury electric SUV landscape with its first full-size electric SUV, an ambitious new model designed entirely in-house. 

This electric SUV, a powerful off-road vehicle with high-performance capabilities, marks a historic step for AMG, known for its 57-year legacy in high-performance engineering.

Moreover, this full-size SUV has been made from scratch on the new AMG.EA platform, tailored specifically for high-performance electric vehicles, is known for models like the GLA, GLB, GLC, GLE, GLS, and the EQE series, AMG is extending its portfolio with this innovative electric SUV.

These Mercedes motors are developed to deliver four times the torque and double the power of typical electric vehicle motors while remaining 50% lighter. With the integration of advanced technology, the AMG electric SUV is said to compete directly with future luxury electric models from leading competitors like Porsche and BMW.

Meanwhile, Mercedes-AMG has not yet revealed pricing details, but according to various experts, the starting price will surpass the $130,800 mark, which positions it above the 2025 AMG GLE 63 S 4MATIC.
