Mercedes-Benz NXT has announced the launch of its latest Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) collection, called "The Era of Technology", in collaboration with a blockchain technology company, Mojito.

It should be noted that NFTs are a type of digital certificate that proves ownership of a digital asset. In this case, the asset is a piece of artwork depicting a classic Mercedes.

Mercedes-Benz NXT's collection features digital artwork of classic Mercedes-Benz cars from the early 2000s to 2017. There are only 780 NFTs available, featuring iconic models like the Maybach Landaulet and the G-Wagon 6x6.

The sale starts on May 21, and each NFT will cost around Etherium (ETH) 0.08 or $100. There are also discounts for previous collectors and Superdackel holders and holders of Maschine and Mercedes-Benz NXT Eternities will have a chance to get a complimentary mint pass that will burn after use.

Additionally, it is important to note that the sale will apply to limited regions, including, European Union (EU), Australia, Japan, Brazil, Switzerland, UK, USA, South Korea, and Taiwan.

This partnership with Mojito will help Mercedes-Benz securely manage the NFT sale and create a smooth experience for buyers. It will be interesting to see if other car companies follow suit and release their own NFT collections.
