Meta is currently preparing to bring a new personalised Chat Memory feature to its chatbot, after rolling out the voice message support for Meta AI chats on WhatsApp at the beginning of this year.

According to WABetaInfo, the upcoming feature will let Meta AI remember all of your shared information and it will ensure to provide relevant responses in future conversations.

Meta AI's Memory feature will record some of your details such as birthdays, personal interests, and more to provide future responses according to the provided information, which is quite impressive.

This feature was spotted in the WhatsApp beta for Android, however; it’s not available to the users up till now, but WhatsApp will soon add a new Memory section to Meta AI contact card.

The feature will also allow users to manually add information to Meta AI’s with a particular command named “remember this.” It is important to note that users will have complete control over the provided information to Meta AI and they can easily delete it, and even modify it at any time.

However, Meta has not officially announced Chat Memory feature on WhatsApp, and there is no specific timeline for it.
