Microsoft Teams finally launched a single app for both personal and work accounts, eliminating the need for two separate apps. This update brings a streamlined experience, allowing users to switch between accounts seamlessly.
What's changing?
Microsoft Teams has had a complex history with support for work and personal accounts; up until now, one needed to install two different applications, which can get confusing.
Now, both accounts would be under the same app for an easier way to manage notifications and switch between the teams.
The updated app now allows users to participate in meetings as guests without having to log in, thereby making it easier for them to connect. It also gives a better notification service now by clearly indicating the team of origin.
