Capcom has announced the highly anticipated Open Beta for Monster Hunter Wilds, set to launch on PlayStation 5 next week, offering fans an early experience of its action-packed adventure. PlayStation Plus members will gain early access to the beta from October 28-30, while other players can join from October 31 to November 4.

Monster Hunter Wilds Open beta details

The Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta is set in a new locale, the Oilwell Basin, an area bustling with oil wells that periodically erupt, creating a unique and hazardous environment.

Players will also encounter Azuz, the Everforge, a community of skilled blacksmiths who live around a massive fire forge. The beta introduces new monsters adapted to the region’s extreme conditions, including the Black Flame, Fanged Beast Ajarakan, and Brute Wyvern Rompopolo.
