Nubia V70 Design launched in Philippines with Live Island 2.0 feature

Nubia, the subsidiary of ZTE, has unveiled its new V-series smartphone, Nubia V70 Design in the Philippines. The “Design” of the Nubia V70 Design refers to its versatile and stylish back panel options. 

The Nubia V70 Design is available in Citrus Orange, Jade Green, Rose Pink, and Stone Grey colour options. 

Nubia V70 Design specs

The Nubia V70 Design sports a 6.7-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Live Island 2.0 feature for notifications, similar to Apple’s Dynamic Island feature. 

The device is equipped with 4GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage and runs on Android 14, with Nubia’s MyOS 14 skin on top. 

Backed by a 5,000mAh battery, the Nubia V70 Design can be charged at 22.5W, according to the company. It also boasts a 12nm octa-core Unisoc T606 chipset. 

The Nubia V70 Design features a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary camera and a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls. However, the company has yet to provide details of the other cameras.

The Nubia V70 Design is priced at PHP 5,299. The smartphone is available to preorder and will go on sale through platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and other retail stores on November 28.
