NVIDIA is gearing up to host its GDC conference in person for the first time in five years, set to take place at the San Jose Convention Center from March 18 to March 21. The event will feature discussions led by NVIDIA's founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, focusing on the company's advancements in accelerated computing, generative AI, and robotics.
Huang expressed the significance of generative AI in today's landscape, highlighting its transformative potential across governments, industries, and organisations. Emphasising the importance of knowledge-sharing and technological innovation, Huang encouraged participation in the conference, citing GTC as the premier AI event where the global ecosystem converges.
With a lineup of 900 sessions and over 300 exhibitors, attendees will have the opportunity to explore how various industries leverage NVIDIA platforms. Sectors such as aerospace, agriculture, automotive, cloud services, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunications will showcase their utilisation of NVIDIA technologies.
Over 1,000 organisations will be represented at the event, including industry giants like Adobe, Amazon, Dell Technologies, L’Oreal, Pixar, Siemens, and Walt Disney Animation Studios. Notable speakers at GTC include leaders from OpenAI, Microsoft GenAI, Google DeepMind, Meta, Stanford University, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, SAP Labs, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Johnson & Johnson, and Medtronic.
Attendees can expect immersive experiences with state-of-the-art demos, the latest in autonomous vehicle technology, and insights into the impact of generative AI across diverse sectors. Additionally, interactive installations by AI artist Refik Anadol and demonstrations of cutting-edge AI tools for filmmakers will be showcased.
