OnePlus is set to launch the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro this month, competing with other smartphones like the Redmi K80 series, iQOO Neo 10 series, and the Realme Neo 7.

Recently, a Chinese tech blogger revealed the key specifications and expected release date of both smartphones.

The OnePlus Ace 5 series’ reservation listing available on a Chinese retailer site mentions a deadline of December 26, indicating that the anticipated Ace 5 might launch on this date.

The OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro are expected to sport a 6.78-inch flat BOE X2 OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.

The base model is anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a 6,415mAh battery with 80W fast charging.

Meanwhile, the Ace 5 Pro might boast the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a 6,100mAh battery with 100W charging.

OnePlus Ace 5 series camera

Both Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro will likely feature a similar camera setup, including an OIS-enabled 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP camera.

As per leaks surfaced earlier, the Ace 5 Pro will feature a Sony IMX906 primary camera, which might not be available on the base model.

Additionally, the OnePlus Ace 5 series will also have a metal middle frame, a short-focus fingerprint scanner, and an alert slider while running on ColorOS 15-based Android 15.
