OnePlus Nord CE 4 launch date confirmed, teased to feature Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC

OnePlus introduced the Nord CE 3 5G featuring the Snapdragon 782G SoC in India back in June of last year. Now, the company has teased the launch of its successor, the OnePlus Nord CE 4, through various social media platforms and Amazon's e-commerce website. 

The smartphone will launch next month. Similar to its predecessor, the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 4 will also be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC and is expected to be available in at least two colour variants. Additionally, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will sport a dual-rear camera setup.

The launch event for the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is scheduled for April 1 in India at 6:30 pm IST. Dedicated microsites on the OnePlus India website and Amazon India are currently providing glimpses of the handset's design and key specifications ahead of its launch.

According to Gadgets360, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is teased to be offered in black and green colour options and will be equipped with a 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. The device is shown with a dual-rear camera setup accompanied by an LED flash. Notably, the top frame appears to feature a microphone and an IR blaster.

According to leaks, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display. Its rear camera setup is rumoured to comprise a 50-megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8-megapixel sensor, while the front camera may have a 16-megapixel resolution.

Currently, the OnePlus Nord CE 3 5G is available with a price starting at INR 24,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. It boasts a 6.7-inch full-HD+ fluid AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G chipset. The device houses a triple camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary camera and is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W SuperVOOC charging.
