Oppo is reportedly working on the Oppo F25, the successor to the Oppo F23, which made its debut in India last year. According to recent reports, the F25 might hit the Indian market this month, with a rumoured launch date of March 5. A leak from a tipster sheds light on the key specifications of the upcoming device.
Oppo F25 specifications (expected)
Gizmochina, citing tipster Abhishek Yadav, unveiled that the Oppo F25 is anticipated to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display offering FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an under-display fingerprint scanner. It's expected to operate on ColorOS 14-based Android 14.

Powering the device could be the Dimensity 7050 chipset, coupled with 8 GB of RAM, 8 GB of virtual RAM, and storage options of either 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 3.1. It may come equipped with a 5,000mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging. The device is expected to feature an IP65-rated chassis, with a thickness of 7.54mm and a weight of 177 grams.

The Oppo F25 is likely to sport a 32-megapixel front camera, while the rear setup may include a 64-megapixel main camera along with two 2-megapixel cameras for depth and macro shots.
