Oppo on Thursday, unveiled its long-awaited flagship Find X8 series smartphones — Find X8 and Find X8 Pro — in China, with several innovative artificial intelligence (AI) features, powerful performance, improved camera capabilities, and more.

Here are a few significant specs of the Oppo Find X8 series.
Oppo Find X8 series display
The Find X8 boasts a sleek design that sports a 6.59-inch flat LTPO OLED with FHD+ resolution and 1-120z refresh rate, while the Pro variant features an enlarged 6.78-inch LTPO OLED with the same resolution and refresh rate along with a micro-quad-curved display.

The Find X8 series is a well-nurtured photography beast, as its camera is partnered with Hasselblad which will offer an outstanding image quality that will let the handset stand out among the other ones, setting a new benchmark for the phone photography.
Find X8 is equipped with a 50MP main camera lens using a Sony LYT-700 sensor coupled with a 15mm equivalent 50MP ultrawide module with autofocus. Moreover, it features a triple prism design that takes up reduced space in contrast to standard periscope lenses.

Meanwhile, the Find X8 Pro features a second 50MP periscope lens with 6x optical zoom. It efficiently utilised an IMX858 1/2.51” sensor size with an f/4.3 aperture and OIS.
The 50MP 3x telephoto and ultrawide sensor are continued from the base variant of Find X8, but the main camera 50MP shooter received a slightly larger 1/1.4” LYT-808 sensor, along with a dedicated camera button known as “Quick Button” that lets you zoom in and out and shut down the app.
Moreover, the entire Find X8 series has got a new LivePhoto option, that is used to shoot short videos before and after snapping a picture.

The Find X8 series is the first phone of the Chinese tech manufacturer to house the Dimensity 9400 processor coupled with the latest cooling system with a graphite layer, vapour chamber, and more.
Oppo Find X8 series battery and AI-powered features
Find X8 houses a 5,630mAh silicon-carbon battery while the Find X8 Pro is equipped with a colossal 5,910 mAh battery with support 80W wired and 50W wireless charging to foster enhanced charging and are IP69 water and dust-resistant capabilities.
The Find X8 series is substantially the best phone, incorporating cutting-edge AI capabilities and the latest ColourOS 15, ensuring an enhanced user experience with a well-designed interface.
Oppo Find X8 series pricing and availability
Oppo Find X8 features Starfield Black, Floating Light White, Chasing Wind Blue, and Bubble Pink captivating hues that are priced at CNY 4,199 (approx. $590) for the 12/256GB storage configuration and CNY 4,999 (approx. $700) for the 16/512GB storage variant.
Find X8 Pro comes in three tantalising hues including Hoshino Black, Cloud White, and Sky Blue, available at CNY 5,299 (approx. $745) for the 12/256GB version and a CNY 6,799 (approx. $955) for the 16GB RAM and 1TB storage configuration.
Shipping of Oppo Find X8 series will be starting from October 30 in China and both the flagship models will hit the global market soon. However, the date is not confirmed yet, but Oppo is likely to release the phone at the beginning of 2025.
